By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use and your device settings.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased by you will meet your expectations or be exactly the same as depicted in our online store.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person or region, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CASH ON DELIVERY
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Shamir Collections reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Shamir Collections confirms acceptance.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made to the courier at the time of delivery. For online payments, we must receive your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been dispatched. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by phone, WhatsApp or email using the details provided at the time the order was made.

Cash on Delivery: All orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. To deliver your order, we share your name, phone number and address with our courier partner. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you or if the delivery address is incomplete. Please pay the full amount to the courier at the time of delivery. Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery orders without a valid reason may result in future Cash on Delivery orders not being accepted.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you place your order.

We may offer, from time to time, promotions that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and contact information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update this information so that we can complete your order and contact you as needed.

If you pay online, you represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use that payment method for the purchase, and (iii) you will pay all charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any delivery charges.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery times and charges.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Shamir Collections, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by Pakistani and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Shamir Collections, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Shamir Collections.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS AFFECTS ANY RIGHTS YOU HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OF PAKISTAN.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHAMIR COLLECTIONS, ITS PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER.
